Delivery Information

In-Store Pick UP

We will send you an email confirmation when all your items have been in our warehouse. We will also send you an email once your order is ready for pick-up at our store. In-store pick-up orders may take 2 – 4 weeks to arrive at the store. The original receipt or E-mail receipt is required at the time of pick-up. Please make sure the vehicle you use to pick up will accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies on merchandise leaving our store in its original packaging. VIVA Lifestyle staff has no responsibility to load the merchandise into your vehicle. VIVA Lifestyle has no responsibility for the merchandise that cannot be loaded in to your vehicle due to the dimensions or/and weight of the merchandise. Orders which are not picked up within 14 days after we contact you will be cancelled and refunded. 25% restocking fee will be charged from you. Some exceptions may apply, please contact us for details.

FedEx standard ground & Canada Post & UPS

Items will be ship via FedEx standard ground, Canada Post or UPS. FedEx, Canada Post or UPS are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm. Please note that a signature may be required upon reception of the order.

Lighting and Decor

For US orders:

• Free shipping over $600 per order.
• $99 shipping fee under $600 per order.

For Canada orders:

• Free shipping over $300 (before tax) per order.
• $50 shipping fee under $300 (before tax) per order.
• For the order "pick-up in store", will get special coupon.

Furniture

Purchase over $5000, get $130 off for shipping fee; Purchase over $10000, get free shipping and free white glove service. (Before tax! Within 50km from our store, the extra part $4/km)
